You are the cure!

The best solution to date – you! That’s right, built into your body is a billion year old viral fighting and elimination device. However, herpes has been around a very long time and there is a continuous battle between us and it. What can you do to help ensure your system has what it needs to fight this bug.

  • Eat right
  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Probiotics, probiotics, probiotics – cure your gut flora.
  • Drink lots of water
  • Consider doing a cleanse so that your system can absorb the proper nutrition from your food
  • A proper, balanced diet
  • A limited acid diet – a.k.a an alkaline diet

This is all basic stuff, but I’m just getting started with this blog so please give me time and I will fill you in on everything.

Why me?

So, what do I have to offer the herpes community? What can I possibly offer that 20-25% of Americans who are infected with this can’t – well, I’m a scientist and I’ve done lots of research. That’s right, I’ve tried it all, just like many others who have this disease. There has not been a day in the last 4 years that I have not thought to myself – “I have herpes.” That is right, for the last 4 years (9/15/2003 – yeah, I’m sure you know your anniversary date as well) I’m a 35 year old male with herpes and I hope the work, stress, and research that I have been through may help save some of you many hours of browsing through the internet and hopefully save you lots of money and time. There is so much information, so many groups, so many blogs, bulletin boards, and scams that I don’t know where to begin. However, with your help and patience we will hopefully bring this pandemic to light in hopes of breaking down drug company patents and finally achieving a cure. Most of all, I’d like to bring as much information as possible into one, simple, easy to read site.

  1. However, before getting depressed and sad the first thing you or anyone for that matter should do if they experience any of the symptoms described in this article is to seek medical confirmation of their condition. This is especially true with so many of the signs and symptoms of herpes being similar to other ailments.

    [Moderator] – Absolutely true.

  2. you could also try applying aloe gel to your sores which is very soothing. I tried the baking soda and sea salt past. It works, but burns really bad. So if you do it, then apply the aloe gel the next day or after the application and it will fell much better. : )

  3. Hey,

We talked once a year or so ago… I came back negative! Whew… but, have some nervous system damage and a facial dermal fungus (?) – still exploring. Maybe reaction from the HepB and/or Flu Vaccines? (I had about the same time)

Anyway, just came across this (below) on Pubmed, in case you haven’t seen it…

    Topical Resveratrol?
